Outline of Final Research Achievements |
When making decisions about several problems in various systems, it is a realistic correspondence to make decisions based only on the limited information available. In order to make rational decisions, a scientific and systematic method for understanding the target system based on limited information is necessary. Considering this situation, this study discusses system analysis methods based on limited information in several systems, and decision-making methods based on the results of such analysis.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
研究成果は,数理統計学,情報理論,統計力学,およびメタヒューリスティクスなどの概念を考察する問題の性質に合わせて適宜活用した成果である.すなわち,社会システム工学が取り扱うべき課題に対して,一定の理論背景をもった意思決定を行うための各種の方法が構築できた.
