Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究の目的なヒトにおける膵癌前癌病変と膵癌発癌機構の解明を目的としている。第一に、ヒトにおいてADM→Pancreatic intra- epithelial neoplasia(PanIN)→浸潤性膵管癌という多段階発癌モデルが本当に確からしいかを形態学的に検討する。第二に、申請者が、膵癌のoncogenicityに重要な意義を有することを見出した転写因子EVI1について、oncogenicityの機構の解明をmicroRNAに着目して検討する。本研究は形態及び分子生物学的動態の両者から膵癌にアプローチした研究で、独自の成果が期待される。

現行の組織学的および網羅的解析を引き続き行うと共に、必要に応じin vitro実験を加えていく。

来年度免疫染色検討枚数が増える見込みであり、抗体購入費用として次年度使用額に回すため。
