| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
１）スタチン不耐の遺伝素因解析：筋障害発症例および一定期間服薬するも障害を発症しない対照例の登録を継続し解析用DNAサンプルを調整した。解析に使用するプラットフォームが異なる場合に結果判定に有意な影響を与える懸念から、同一プラットフォームを解析に用いた症例に限定して分析を進めた（発症例91例、対照例48例）。その結果、マンハッタンプロットにおいて有意なピーク（p<1.0xE-8）は見出せなかったが、p値を1.0xE-5まで緩くすることで、弱いシグナルを示す遺伝子座（PACRG）を見出した。これは筋障害の臨床病型の強い群（発症誘因の有無、筋障害程度を示唆する臨床指標などで分類）で顕著であった。該当多型（rs554427）について文献検索を行ったが、筋障害との関連は仮説を含めて想定困難であった。
２）日本人の実臨床におけるスタチン不耐の頻度ならびに臨床的背景の探索：PMDAへの副作用報告集積データベースであるJADERを対象に、筋障害の背景因子を分析した。その結果、スタチン処方の現状（処方箋枚数や処方量）に関する情報と対比させることが頻度推計に不可欠と考えられ、研究目的に資するデータ（NDB等）の入手を目指す活動を開始した。
