| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Clinical gradeの培養環境で培養した歯髄幹細胞の品質、安全性、有効性を、in vitroや、四塩化炭素を用いた慢性肝線維症モデルに移植し、in vivoの実験で確認した。同時に、臨床応用を目的とし、Master Cell Bank、Working Cell Bankの2段階の再生医療製品をストックするプロセスを構築し、保管された再生医療製品の品質、安全性、有効性を同様に示した。
