| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2019年度は、2018年度の予備実験から研究遂行が可能と判断し、実際に臨床データを用いで研究を遂行した。現在、予定よりやや遅れているものの、予定していた患者数に近い患者検体を用い、データの解析も一部行い良好な結果を得ている。
また計画書にあるよう、セルソーターの 使用も可能となり、最終年度は更に必要な検体数の確保とその結果に基づきさらなるデータの蓄積、解析を予定している。

COVIDの影響で年度末にはやや滞っていたが概ね順調に進んでいる。

現在の解析結果より更に踏み込み、患者の病態に合わせた解析を追加で行う計画としている。

最終年度にあたりどのような実験がさらに必要なのか判断つかず、前年度までに少し余裕をもたせたが、実験を行い今後必要な機材、研究試薬が判明し当該機材の購入にあてる予定としている。
