Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of the study was to develop an educational program focused on training evaluation in order to improve the ability of nursing professionals in charge of in-hospital education to evaluate training.We asked in-hospital educators to evaluate training programs using the “In-Hospital Training Evaluation Model for Nurses” developed by the researchers, and clarified issues in the operation of the model. The model was modified and the “In-Hospital Training Evaluation Model Operation Guide ver. 2” was developed for use in operating the model. The educational program was designed to enable many nurses to acquire knowledge and specific methods related to evaluation, and the web page “In-Hospital Training Evaluation Model for Nurses” was created to enable learning via the web. In the future, we plan to change the specifications so that analysis of evaluation results will be possible on the website.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

本研究成果の意義は、「院内研修評価モデル」を用いた評価に関わる知識を全国の院内研修を担当する看護職者に提供できることである。院内教育として提供される研修は、病院に就業する看護職者が提供する看護の質向上に不可欠であり、「院内研修評価モデル」を用いた研修評価により、個々の院内教育担当者が自施設で提供される研修を改善できることは、研修の目標達成につながり、看護の質向上に貢献することが期待できる。
