[Transitional issues as predictors of health-related quality of life in
adolescents and young adults with congenital heart disease]22rd EAFONSにて発表。
RESULT
1. Participants’mean age was 21.3 years. 2. Compared with national standard values by sex, there were no obvious differences in component scores, except role/social component summary (RCS), which was noticeably lower in female participants. 3. Presence of arrhythmia and cyanosis, certification of physical disability, and one of the transition readiness items explained 36.1% of variance in the physical component summary. 4. Families living together, the experience of CHD-related surgery within the last three years, and one of the transition readiness items explained 19.8% of variance in the mental component summary. (略）

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
2019年度末において、4医療機関、1患者会を対象に、計206部配布し、93部回収した結果を分析した。その後、2020年2月～4月に、新たな医療機関において、「AYA世代が自立生活を送るための成人医療への移行準備性尺度の開発」（先天性心疾患用）を実施した。その結果、6月現在において、配布35部（回収11部）計104部回収した。しかし、その後のCOVID-19感染症による研究活動の遅延によって、共同研究者間での情報共有及び研究活動に支障を来たしている。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
「研究実績の概要」における学会発表での分析データは、2019年3月末において、4医療機関、1患者会を対象に、計206部配布し、93部回収した結果を分析したものである。その後、2020年2月～4月に、新たな医療機関において、「AYA世代が自立生活を送るための成人医療への移行準備性尺度の開発」（先天性心疾患用）を実施した。その結果、6月現在、配布35部（回収11部）計104部回収（配布計241部）している。今後は、尺度開発に向けて、計104部のデータ分析を行い、結果を学会発表するとともに、先の22rd EAFONSにて発表した内容を学会誌に投稿する。
また、CHDをもつAYA世代の人々の自立生活におけるHR-QOLについて、SF-36を基にデータ分析を実施すると共に、学会誌への投稿を行う。

| Causes of Carryover |
学会発表（2020.1）の内容について、英字誌に投稿する計画であったが、COVID-19感染防止対策及び、共同研究者の所属研究機関の変更等の要因が重なった結果、論文執筆が進まなかった。その結果、投稿費用及び印刷費を請求するに至らず。次年度使用額が生じる結果となった。
