Outline of Final Research Achievements

Due to the influence of COVID-19, the original plan was revised and this research was carried out. Specifically, I reexamined the research method and conducted "Reflection and Practice Research as a Coordinator of a Collaborative Learning Support Project" and "Research on the Learning Process of Professionals. As a result, I found that it is necessary to clarify the process of practitioners' competence development, which has been a black box, and furthermore, to develop this research by linking the construction of curriculum and the study of practitioners' competency development process.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements
