Outline of Annual Research Achievements

乱流・非乱流界面を伝播する内部重力波や圧力波を調査することを目的として乱流の数値計算や実験を実施した。内部重力波の伝播が生じる安定密度成層中の混合層の直接数値計算を行い、ヘアピン渦や一方向に引き伸ばされた超大規模構造といった壁面乱流に類似した乱流構造が安定密度成層下のせん断乱流で発達することが明らかとなった。前年度に行った乱流噴流や混合層の直接数値計算データベースの解析を行い、乱流・非乱流界面近傍の乱流のスケール依存性を明らかにした。乱流・非乱流界面を通して層流から乱流内へと伝播する衝撃波の直接数値計算・風洞実験を行った。実験・計算結果から衝撃波が乱流内を伝播した時間とともに衝撃波特性が変化する過程が明らかとなった。物質拡散の粒子法計算において必要となる乱流中のスカラ散逸率に対するモデルを提案した。本モデルを適用した粒子法とラージエディシミュレーションを組み合わせた数値計算を乱流噴流の物質拡散に対して行うことでモデルの有効性を実証した。乱流噴流の乱流・非乱流界面における物質拡散場に着目した解析を行い、モデルが界面近傍の物質濃度場に対して及ぼす影響を明らかにした。さらに、加熱円柱後流の風洞実験を行い、温度成層下で発達する乱流特性や温度変動が衝撃波に及ぼす影響を明らかにした。超音速噴流アクチュエータを複数組み合わせた圧縮性乱流生成装置を開発した。粒子画像流速計による二次元速度分布の計測やシャドウグラフ法を用いた密度変動場の可視化により圧縮性乱流の特性を明らかにした。気流中の三次元速度計測を行うため、アバランシェ降伏を利用したレーザパルサ、レーザダイオード、カラーカメラを用いた低コスト粒子画像流速計システムを提案した。複数のファンにより誘起される流れの速度計測を行い、粒子画像流速計の計測精度の検証した。
