Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In this year, we have continued our investigation into the properties of two-dimensional (2D) materials. We successfully synthesized a new type of superlattice structure comprised of both 1D and 2D materials, and its structure was determined using scanning transmission electron microscopy. An in-plane anomalous Hall effect was detected in this heterodimensional superlattice, and the results were published in the scientific journal Nature. Thanks to the support of this project, we have published 4 papers this year alone, bringing our total number of publications to 34 over the past 5 years.
