Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To explore the possibility of big data analysis in the cause study of psychiatric disorders, we conducted three research subjects. In two of these tasks, no good result was obtained due to the lack of enough data. we developed a computer program to perform cytodiagnosis of sexual cycle from the female mouse vaginal smear images. The result was published in an academic paper, and the acquired program and data set were released on GitHub and at the Chiba University repository CURATOR.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
