マインドフルネスへの経頭蓋直流刺激tDCSによるオーギュメンテーション法の確立

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

必要なデータ収集は2019年2月から2019年6月まで行なった。
同意は登録を呼びかけた60名全員から得た。割付は、刺激群30名（男性12名、女性18名）　非刺激群30名（男性11名、女性19名）、であり、年齢、性別割合に有意差は認めず。同意撤回にて2名が　中止となり試験完遂者は58人であった。
現在、主要評価項目であるtDCSの刺激前後による前頭部のアルファ帯域の電流密度に関しての統計解析と、試験実施中の有害事象の把握、tDCS施行前後で感情・気分（PANAS-PA、PANAS-NA、STAI-SA、STAI-TAなど）の変化量、tDCS 施行前後の脳波による脳機能ネットワーク解析の変化量と、感情・気分変化との相関、tDCS施行１週間後の感情・気分（STAI-SA、STAI-TAなど）および性格の自己評価(エゴグラム)の変化量、マインドフルネスの習慣化（徐歩-tDCS後１週間の間にマインドフルネス歩行に取り組んだ総回数と総時間）などを統計解析中である。
