Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Using a rat model of intestinal ischemia, we wanted to analyze the differences in Raman spectra between ischemic and normal areas of the mucosa that could not be seen with the naked eye, but we were unable to identify specific proteins (proteins induced by hypoxia). In the future, we will analyze from the plasma membrane surface because lipid characteristics are mixed in. In addition, it is necessary to analyze Raman spectroscopy focusing not on the intestinal tract itself but on the hematopoietic components generated by intestinal necrosis.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
