| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
パーキンソン病は、中高年者に発病する神経変性疾患の指定難病であり近年の高齢化により患者は増加し続けている。排尿障害は、パーキンソン病の代表的な自 律神経障害の一つであり合併率が高い。パーキンソン病の排尿障害は、排尿反射に対して抑制的に働く前頭前野-大脳基底核ドパミンD1系の病変によることが、 動物実験により示唆されている。一方、臨床例での病態機序は、まだ十分に明らかにされていない。ウロダイナミクス所見ならびにDAT scansの相関を検討した ところ最大膀胱容量ならびに排出能力とDAT scansのspecific binding ratio が相関することが示唆されdrug-naiveの症例がより下部尿路障害と線条体変性 の相関が強く、2020International Continence Societyで発表を行なった。

2020年度は国際学会や国内学会への出張ができず出張旅費がそのまま残ってしまった。次年度は研究成果報告のため学会出張などに残金を使用する予定である。
