Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study was to clarify the state of isolation of socially isolated elderly people living in depopulated areas with an aging population and to develop a model of support for nursing professyonals. Interviews were conducted with nursing professionals at a community support center. The nursing professionals assessed the health status of the elderly themselves and their families, family relationships, and their physical condition and ability to maintain their lives. It was clear that the conditions of the elderly assessed included clutter in the residence, relationships with others, the tendency to live inconspicuously, and the circumstances under which they moved from other areas.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
