| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
高齢化により急増する心房細動患者の治療として、洞調律に戻すカテーテルアブレーション（CA）術が増加している。しかし、CA後の洞調律の維持率は十分ではなく、心房細動の再発予防が社会的に急務となっている。近年、CA後の心房細動の再発に関係する因子として、左心房径の拡大、交感神経活性の亢進、そして血管炎症の高値などが報告されている。一方で、心疾患患者に対する定期的な運動療法が心機能の改善、自律神経機能の是正、そして血管炎症の低下を生じることが報告されている。本研究の目的は、心房細動に対するCA後の運動療法の確立のために、CA後の運動療法の効果を検証することである。

消耗品の消費が計画より少なかったため、若干の繰越金が生じた。
