Outline of Final Research Achievements

Our conclusions may indicate a novel role for gut microbiota (or probiotics), D-amino acids, and vitamins supplemented in certain diet for the epigenetic regulation of cells or tissues, providing a cross-regulatory molecular basis for revealing the nutritional regulation network of food and diet quality, suggesting for the treatment of various diseases including diabetes mellitus, nephropathy, cancers, and psychological disorders.
