| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
2023年度は、以下の2項目について、下記の通り、研究を進めた。
(1)溶存有機物（DOM）の分子サイズ別分画濃縮：琵琶湖北湖湖水（今津沖中央地点）について、2023年4,6,8,10,12月, 2024年3月の6回、表水層と深水層のDOMを、限外濾過により高分子DOMと低分子DOMに分子サイズ別分画濃縮を実施した。
(2)DOMの分子サイズ別の窒素同位体比分析：琵琶湖湖水から分子サイズ別分画濃縮した試料について、高分子DOMおよび低分子DOMそれぞれのバルク窒素同位体比を測定した。
