Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we focused on two subjects with respect to analysis of human brain activity for speech and language. (1) For analyzing auditory speech sound imagery, we employed squeeze-and-excitation networks, in order to select discriminative channels from time-frequency features with multiple channels. (2) For analyzing brain cortical activities related to auditory impressions, we improved the method of brain feature extraction based on common spatial pattern filters.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
