Research Abstract

本研究計画は長年進めて来た酵母のオートファジーの系を駆使して以下の2つの課題を明らかにする計画である。
(1) オートファジーの膜動態で最も重要なオートファゴソーム形成におけるAtgタンパク質の作用機構の解明
(2) オートファジーの多様性の分子基盤の理解
