競合秩序系の電気伝導に現れる臨界性のテラスペクトロスコピーによる研究

Research Abstract

(1)電子ドープ超伝導体LCCOにおいて交流伝導度に現れる超伝導揺らぎを測定することに成功した。特に,キャリヤ濃度を変化させてそれらの振舞いを追跡することに成功した。超伝導ゆらぎはどのキャリヤ密度においても3次元XY的であることがわかった。この結果はホールドープ系と非常に好対照をなしており,超伝導発現機構を特定する上で大変重要な情報になると考えられる。すなわち,ホールドープ系と電子ドープ系の対称性を重視する解釈に疑問を投げかける結果となった。
(2)磁場下の超伝導状態が,どの領域が超伝導ゆらぎによる記述が比較的良好であり,また度の領域がボルテックスによる記述が比較的良好であるかを探ることを目的として,ブロードバンドスペクトロスコピーの方法を用いて磁場下で高温超伝導体LSCO,LCCOの複素交流伝導度を測定した。その結果,磁束格子の一次転移点直情から既に,ボルテックス的描像だけではデータを満足に説明することができず,このような領域でも超伝導揺らぎを扱うことのできる理論的取り扱いの出現を切望する結果となった。
(3)時間領域分光法でTHz領域の電気伝導度を測定できる装置をくみ上げた。時間領域の波形の観測に成功しており,クライオスタットおよび超伝導体試料を装着した測定が現在開始されつつある。また,超伝導マグネット内蔵の光学測定用クライオスタットを修理し,テラヘルツ伝導度測定用に改造しつつある。これが終了すれば,(1)(2)の測定をテラヘルツ領域に拡張できる。
