Research Abstract

1.単一スピンの量子コヒーレンス
(1)傾斜磁場を利用した新型量子ビット:横型2重量子ドットを用いて、安定な独立2個のスピン量子ビット、スピン回転と交換操作の組み合わせによる量子もつれ状態の変調と検出に初めて成功した。また、磁石設計を最適化して、高いスピン回転と大きい局所磁場が得られることを確認した。
(2)核スピン制御:上記量子ビット操作における動的核スピン偏極の影響、発生メカニズムについて検討し、光子介在によって核スピン偏極が起こることを提案した。
2.近藤コヒーレンスと超伝導・強磁性との競合
(1)InAs量子ドットにおけるスピン軌道相互作用(SOI):SOIの電場制御では、角度依存性はRashba型SOIを示唆しており、電場によりSOIが誘起する磁場方向も変化することを明らかにした。また電場誘起電子スピン共鳴の準備として、InAsドットに対する高周波応答を調べた。
(2)超伝導電流と近藤効果の相関:InAsドットSQUID構造を作製し,奇数領域でも近藤温度が高い領域では近藤遮蔽により0接合となることを、位相の直接測定から明らかにした。また一重項-三重項近藤領域における超伝導電流を初めて観測するとともに近藤効果の電場制御との相関を見出した。
3.観測による量子コヒーレンスの破れ
(1)電荷コヒーレンスの制御
結合量子細線の干渉計に表面弾性波を組み合わせるのに先立ち、表面弾性波による単一電子移送のセットアップを行い、これを実現させた。また、表面弾性波を使用しなくても干渉計のコヒーレンス長は長いことを確認した。
(2)スピンコヒーレンスの制御
量子ドットを埋め込んだ飛行量子ビットの制御系において、スピンコヒーレンスを正確に評価するために、コヒーレント振動の可視度を上げるデザインの変更を行った。
