| Research Abstract |
T細胞は抗原を認識して活性化され、免疫応答が始まる。T細胞活性化を誘導するのは免疫シナプスとは異なるミクロクラスターであることを発見し、活性化制御機構の再検が必要になった。ミクロクラスターに含まれるシグナル分子群、Lipid raftやco-stimulationシグナルとの関係、抗原ペプチドの量と質による制御、などT細胞活性化のダイナミックな制御系を解明する。
