Research Abstract

ラット脳幹内の呼吸関連領域から得られた膜電位イメージデータ変動の間の因果関係を把握することによって呼吸リズムの形成機構のモデルの構築を主に以下のステップで行う。
(1)呼吸リズム形成にかかわる領域の抽出
(2)各領域の活動様相からみた分類と呼吸リズム生成での役割の明確化
(3)各領域における活動の間の因果関係と呼吸の動力学的メカニズムの解明
