Research Abstract

SV40 メジャ-カプシドタンパク質であるVP1 五量体の自己組織化によるナノカプセル形成技術を開発し、それを基盤として、カプセル内への多様な生理活性物質の内包技術およびカプセル表面の修飾・加工による細胞・組織指向性の改変技術を世界に先駆けて開発した。これにより、従来には無い革新的なDDS キャリヤの作製システムが構築できた。
