Research Abstract	本研究の目的は、世界の諸海域世界(環シナ海世界、環インド洋世界、環地中海世界、環大西洋世界、環太平洋世界)のつなぎ目となった港市において、外部世界と現地世界を仲介した奴隷・移住者・混血者の役割に注目し、前近代から近代にかけての広域社会秩序と地域秩序の変遷を検討することを目的としている。
