Research Abstract

本研究では、細胞から生体一分子を、機能を損なうことなく抽出・分離・集積し、その機能観察及び計測をリアルタイムに行う、新しいマイクロ流体システムの構築を目的とする。この目的の実現のため、細胞からオルガネラ/タンパク質を、機能は維持したまま取り出す技術の構築、細胞及びオルガネラ/タンパク質の機能を維持したまま分離するソーティング技術の構築、多サンプルの同時処理のためにマイクロ流路を三次元化する技術の構築、および、生体分子の機能を維持したまま外界刺激が可能で、ある期間生体分子の機能が維持されるIN LINE観察場の構築に関する要素技術の確立と、それら要素技術を集積化したマイクロ流体システムの構築を行う。
