| Research Abstract |
本研究は、ウイルス感染に伴って昆虫が発動する抗ウイルス応答の分子機構を、昆虫に特異的な核多角体病ウイルス(NPV)と昆虫の培養細胞を用いて解明することを目的として行うものであり、下記の4本の小課題を掲げて研究を推進している。
(1)NPV感染細胞におけるアポトーシスの誘導と抑制に関する分子機構の解析
(2)hycu-ep32遺伝子による全たんぱく質合成停止の分子機構の解析
(3)HRF-1による全たんぱく質合成停止回避の分子機構解析
(4)アポトーシスと全たんぱく質合成停止機構の包括的理解のための解析
