Research Abstract |
本研究では、イネのゲノム解析完了に伴って新規に見いだされたサイトゾル型グルタミン合成酵素(GS1;3)とグルタミン酸合成酵素(NADH-GOGAT2)の機能解明と、窒素利用効率向上に関わる統合的な分子基盤を構築することを目的としている。主に、遺伝子破壊変異体の活用と、窒素利用効率の制御に関わる新規遺伝子の探索と機能を明らかにする計画である。
