Research Abstract |
In this study, we attempted to produce novel Down syndrome model mice. We therefore took advantage of gene map of human chromosome 21 which we have brushed up over a decade, bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clones, and human artificial chromosome (HAC) which has been developed recently.
