| Research Abstract |
There registered 61 cases with high risk neuroblastoma, on a clinical trial protocol of Japan Neuroblastoma Study Group (JNBSG). The cohort is now under clinical observation after a protocol therapy. Each biopsy sample at initial diagnosis was analysed by array-CGH, gene expression array, and amplification/mutation of a gene for example ALK. Much scientific information will be revealed after collecting the clinical out come of the cohort.
