Research Abstract |
THIS STUDY AIMED TO ASCERTAIN DETERIORATION PHENOMENON, AS WELL AS TO DEVELOP THE CONSERVATION MATERIAL, SPECIALIZED FOR BAYON TEMPLE. THIS STUDY FOUND OUT THAT ONE OF THE DETERIORATION FACTORS IS RAINWATER BLEEDING FROM THE EARTHEN PLATFORM INSIDE THE REAR OF THE BAS-RELIEF. FOR THIS OUTCOME, AN ENGINEERED COUNTERMEASURE HAD BEEN IMPROVED, IN ADDITION TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOUGHENING MATERIALS, WHICH IS BASED ON SILICATE ESTER FOR THE SANDSTONE OF THE BAS-RELIEF.
