Research Abstract

小脳は運動学習の中枢であり、その機能的役割は詳細に解析されてきたが、小脳形成過程の分子機序は不明な点が多い。我々は、細胞特異的遺伝子改変マウスを用い、小脳抑制性介在神経細胞の神経前駆細胞において、RBP-Jシグナルは神経前駆細胞から神経細胞への分化を促進する役割をもつことを明らかにした。さらに、小脳抑制性介在神経細胞を同定できるマーカーの組み合わせを明らかにした。
