Research Abstract

心臓分野での再生医療の実現に向けて、ヒト間葉系幹細胞を用いた研究を行った。ヒト間葉系幹細胞の心筋分化能力を改善させ、それにより移植時の治療効果改善効果目指す研究を行った。また同時に、心臓再生医療で重大な問題となる催不整脈性についての検証を行い、新筋再生の能力が高まれば電気的に安定し、催不整脈性の心配は減じる可能性が考えられた。
