Research Abstract

抗癌薬(TAS-103)を内包したナノPLGA微粒子を調製して、3μm程度の大きさのナノコンポジット微粒子に成型した。PLGA(ポリ(乳酸・グリコール酸)共重合体)は生体内で加水分解して消失する生体適合性の高い高分子である。TAS-103を粉末で添加した場合の50%奏功濃度>30nMであるのに対して、ナノコンポジット製剤にすると50%奏功濃度-10nMまで低下し、有効性が高いことが示された
