| Research Abstract |
We discussed the dietary effect to the human body based on behavior of stable isotope ratio using amino acid in blood serum of the past 30 years. Stable isotope variation of each molecular amino acid clarified a influence of dietary change on human body and it impacted researches of the human life cycle.
