Research Abstract |
本研究課題では、相同組換え(HR)と非相同末端結合(NHEJ)という2つのDSB修復系路に関わるタンパク機能を、修復精度の制御という新たな視点から解明することを目指している。具体的には、Ku70機能とNBS1複合体との相互作用がDNA損傷修復効率に与える影響、Ku70とNBS1の相互作用と突然変異との関係、HRによるDSB修復効率と細胞周期ならびに修復関連タンパク量との関係、の3点を明らかにする。
