Research Abstract

耐火物は粒子径の異なる種々の焼結粒子と空隙とのコンポジット材料であり,粒子の特性と気孔構造によって性能が大きく左右される。本研究では,焼結粒子自体の溶融スラグに対する耐侵食性を高め,これと同時に空隙の低減とミクロ化・密閉化によって溶融スラグの炉壁深部への浸透防止を図るとともに,熱応力の分散を同時に向上させ,耐食性に優れた新規クロムフリー耐火材料を開発する。
