Research Abstract

ヒト臍帯静脈上皮細胞、および脂肪前駆細胞の転写調節の動きをDNAアレイチップや機能を阻害する手法を用いて解析し、細胞内で刺激応答に起因する内在性のリン酸化状態変化を網羅的にプロテオミクスの観点からとらえることを目標にした。マイクロアレイの時系列データをもとにリン酸化シグナルパスウェイを予測し、報告者の文献情報データも含めたプロテオミクスの方法から検証し、刺激応答のリン酸化ダイナミクスに関係する遺伝子および蛋白質を選定し、シグナル伝達における細胞の反応のダイナミクスの一端を明らかにした。
