Research Abstract

本研究では, ダイズ根の根粒菌感染におけるイソフラボンの修飾・脱修飾酵素遺伝子(GmIF7GT, GmIF7MaT, GmICHG)および生合成酵素遺伝子(GmIFS1, GmIFS2)の発現レベルの変動を解析し, 植物-共生微生物間の相互作用における同酵素群の生理的役割について考察した. 解析の結果, 根粒菌感染による生合成・修飾・脱修飾いずれの酵素遺伝子の発現レベルも変動しないことが明らかとなった.
