| Research Abstract |
本研究は、「『e-サポート裁判所』の創造的構築に関する比較法的・基礎的研究」であり、4年間にわたる研究を通じて、市民が利用しやすく分かりやすく頼りがいのあるIT裁判所としての、「e-サポート裁判所」の具体像を提言することを目的とする。それと同時に、「e-サポート裁判所」の基盤整備のために必要な法原則の解明と、そのための解釈論的および立法論的な提言、および、具体的なシステム設計を行うことを、目標とする。
