Research Abstract

この繰越(H19年からH20年)を行ったのは,H20年3月にNature誌に掲載されその表紙に採用された,本研究の成果であるMinobe et al.(2008)の研究情報発信が,H19年度においては間に合わないためであった.そこで繰越制度を活用して,Natureの表紙付き別刷りを購入し,国内外の研究者に広く配布した.表紙付きの別刷り購入は比較的大きな予算を必要としたので,この繰越なしには不可能であった.この情報発信は大きな反響を呼んだ.特に表紙が付いていることは有効であった.最近は論文流通の主体は電子媒体となっているが,購読権を持っている研究者でも表紙については低解像度のサムネイルしか見ることができないのである.この情報発信が高い効果を上げたことは,H20年1月に米国で招待講演を行ったほか,H21年にも海外での基調講演1件と招待講演1件を予定していることにも表れていよう.
