Research Abstract

我々のグループで合成した屈曲型ドナー分子を用いて、(1) 伝導性π電子と局在dスピンがより強く相互作用する、屈曲型ドナー分子のラジカルカチオンの磁性FeX4^-イオン塩の作成とそれを利用する分子スピントロニクスデバイスへの応用、(2) 屈曲型ドナー分子のラジカルカチオン塩の分子伝導体磁性伝導体のナノワイヤーの作成とそれを用いるナノエレクトロニクスやナノスピントロニクスデバイスへの応用、(3) ディスク型とバナナ型の中間の液晶性屈曲型ドナー分子の合成とその液晶相の電場応答ホール移動性質の評価について研究を実施した。
