| Research Abstract |
本研究は, 筋細胞を駆動源とする有機-無機ハイブリッドマイクロ機械システムの設計・製造論確立を目指し, 生体細胞と無機材料の接合とその接合界面の解明を行うことを目的とする.ハイブリッドメカニカルマイクロシステムを構築するにあたって、重要な要素である細胞の接着力に着目し, 加工した細胞シートの接着力を簡易に測定するシステムを構築した.測定した結果, 細胞-細胞間の接着力が細胞-基板間の接着力よりも強いため, 基板からシートを剥離させることが可能であることが分かり, 今後の接合界面の設計評価に有効であることが分かった.
