| Research Abstract |
(1)従来の設備精密診断装置システムの問題点を解決するために、「ノイズ除去法」、「診断・評価指標の決定法」、「状態判定基準の設定法」、「異常種類の精密判別法」及び「余寿命予測法」を確立する。
(2)以上で得られた基本的な精密診断理論と重要な要素技術に関する研究成果に基づき、回転機械設備のための「次世代知能型精密診断装置システム」の構築法を確立すると共に、「次世代知能型精密診断装置システム」のプロトタイプの試作を行う。
