Research Abstract

今まで,様々な形で提案されてきた生体組織の熱輸送の式について,多孔質体理論に基づき検討した.局所体積平均理論を用いることで,最小の仮定の下に,三次元一般生体熱移動の式が導かれることを示した.今回初めて対向する動脈と静脈の灌流の効果に加え,機械的分散の効果を加味することに成功した.
この三次元一般生体熱移動の式を用いて,肺癌の冷凍壊死療法における凍結過程のシミュレーションを実施した.本研究で確立した機械的分散のモデルおよび三次元一般生体熱移動の式が,工業的応用や生体輸送機構を考える上で極めて有効であることが分かった.
