Research Abstract

エミッタ材料選択性が極めて高く、先鋭で均一なエミッタ作製法である独自の転写モールド法とカーボンナノチューブ(CNT)作製技術との融合により、CNTをエミッタ先端のNi触媒部分に成長させ、従来のアスペクト比0.71、Turn-on電界14.9V/μmと比較して、アスペクト比0.93、12.5V/μmと、それぞれ、31%及び16%も向上した超精密位置・成長制御された転写モールド法CNT微小電子源の開発に成功した。
