Research Abstract

Biのは近赤外発光の量子効率の向上を目指し、ホストの開発を行った.GeO_2-Al_2O_3-PbO系のゲルマネートガラスをホストとしたとき量子効率の格段の向上がみられた.量子効率はPbO濃度が4%のとき、60%にも達することを明らかにした.この量子効率は、報告者の知る限りこれまで報告された最大のものである.フェムト秒レーザー照射による加工で導波路構造形成が可能なことを明らかにした.超広帯域光増幅媒体候補になりえるであることを明らかにした.
