Research Abstract

浮上質量法は, 浮上支持した質量(慣性質量)に作用する慣性力を光波干渉計を用いて高精度に取り出すことを特徴とする, 変動する力の発生・計測法である. 本研究では, 浮上質量法を応用した超高精度な粘弾性試験法の実現に必要な技術開発を行った. その結果, 実用的かつ超高精度な振動粘弾性試験機, 衝撃粘弾性試験機の実現見通しを得た. また, 低コスト粘弾性試験機実現のための技術開発を実施し, コスト低減できる見通しを得た.
