Research Abstract

オートトランスポータータンパク質Heme Binding Protein (HBP)のパッセンジャードメイン立体構造解析に成功した。HBPの外膜貫通領域βバレルドメインとオートシャペロン部分の発現系構築に成功し、タンパク質の結晶化および立体構造解析に成功した。
